Kristi and Bryon Noem's $2.6 MILLION debts revealed... an...
Josh Boswell · 2026-04-16 · via News | Mail Online

Kristi Noem and her bimbo-loving husband Bryon took out more than $2.6 million in loans since 2020 – while the father-of-three spent huge sums on busty OnlyFans models, the Daily Mail can reveal.

Federal government public financial disclosures filed by the former Department of Homeland Security Secretary in 2025 listed between $2,650,006 and at least $3,350,000 of debt taken on in the last five years.

The Daily Mail has reviewed evidence suggesting that over the same period, Bryon repeatedly splashed tens of thousands of dollars on his roster of self-described 'bimbos.'

Receipts dating back to January 2023 show an account linked to Bryon, 56, sending more than $30,000 to porn performer Nicole Raccagno, who prides herself on her 'Barbie Doll' 2,800cc boobs.

Raccagno, 47, said he shelled out big bucks for her Louboutin shoes, diamond rings, a Louis Vuitton handbag, and paid thousands for her breast surgery and other body modifications.

Bryon had her on a monthly $1,500 retainer for years, she claimed, paying for sexually-charged chats and raunchy videos.

Another woman, to whom Bryon sent pictures of himself wearing women's clothes and balloons stuffed up his shirt, shared receipts for $25,000 of payments from accounts linked to the rancher and businessman.

At least two other women were also paid thousands of dollars over multiple years by the former First Husband of South Dakota.

Kristi Noem’s latest public financial disclosures reveal she and husband Bryon Noem racked up more than $2.6M in loans in recent years

Insurance mogul Bryon, meanwhile, was revealed to have spent tens of thousands of dollars on online models over several years, with photos obtained by the Daily Mail showing him posing in fake breasts and hot pink pants as part of an online life he has kept hidden

The huge sums, detailed by the Daily Mail in exposés over the past two weeks, have raised questions about how the MAGA favorite's husband paid for his lavish online paramours without his wife being aware of the massive expenditures.

Kristi's 2025 Office of Government Ethics public disclosures show a growing pile of debts, as well as substantial income since 2020.

First, they took out a 15-year loan on their home of between $100,000 and $250,000 at a rock-bottom interest rate of 1.875% in 2020.

This was followed up with a five-year business loan of $250,000 and $500,000 in 2021 at 3.95%.

In 2022 they took out three loans: at least $1,000,000, 10-year mortgage from Reliabank secured against their commercial property at 4.59%, another more than $1,000,000 as a 10-year business loan at the same interest rate, and between $250,000 and $500,000 as a 10-year business loan from Dacotah Bank at 4.15%.

Raccagno said she received many of her payments from Bryon via his account at Dacotah Bank.

National security experts have warned that Bryon's brazen behavior with the OnlyFans performers could have exposed his wife to blackmail: the 54-year-old MAGA favorite was handling highly sensitive matters of national security.

'If a media organization can find this out, you can assume with a high degree of confidence that a hostile intelligence service knows this as well,' said former CIA officer Marc Polymeropoulos.

He added that financial strain can create even more of a target for foreign spies.

'If someone is financially vulnerable, a hostile intelligence service could approach them that way,’ Polymeropoulos said.

The Noems were apparently funding their lifestyles using a whopping $1,135,000 salary and LLC distribution from his company, Noem Insurance, according to his wife's 2025 government disclosure.

The public filing also reports he received between $15,000 and $50,000 in rent from commercial properties he owns in Bryant, South Dakota.

Public filings show loans taken out between 2020 and 2022 totaled millions, including a $1,000,000, 10-year mortgage from Reliabank secured against their commercial property

Dominatrix Shy Sotomayor, from Colorado Springs, said she earned tens of thousands of dollars throughout her relationship with Bryon Noem

Just like with other online sex workers interviewed by the Daily Mail, Bryon also used the Jason Jackson alias to send payments

The couple listed a further $15,000 to $50,000 in rent from pasture land they own in nearby Castlewood.

Kristi, 54, served as Governor of South Dakota from 2019 to 2025 with an ending salary of $241,519, her Office of Government Ethics filing said.

Her salary for her new role as Special Envoy for a new counter-cartel coalition, Shield of the Americas, has not been disclosed.

In her public filing she listed a $40,000 advance for her first book, Not My First Rodeo: Lessons from the Heartland, and $139,750 for her second, No Going Back: The Truth on What's Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward.

Forbes estimated her net worth at $5 million last year.

Last week, the Daily Mail revealed text message conversations and audio calls between Bryon Noem and a left-wing dominatrix over the course of an on and off nine-year relationship.

Shy Sotomayor said he paid $15 per minute for her to chat with and pose for him and that she ultimately made tens of thousands of dollars off their exchanges.

Bank records and payment details shared with the Daily Mail showed Bryon - using the alias Jason Jackson - sending payments of between $500 and $1,200 to Sotomayor.

Receipts reviewed by Daily Mail show thousands of dollars sent to multiple women - including fetish model Nicole Raccagno (right) - over several years

The couple's finances have come under fresh scrutiny following revelations of Bryon's spending on fetish models

Separately, fetish model Nicole Raccagno also claimed Bryon bankrolled her 'trophy bimbo' lifestyle, funneling her thousands of dollars to splurge on handbags, fillers and diamond rings.

Raccagno was also able to provide PayPal and Apple Pay records showing deposits from an account in the name of Bryon Noem.

She produced evidence that her credit cards were paid down in $1,500 increments at the beginning of each month from April through November last year.

The money came from Dacotah Bank, a regional lender serving Minnesota and North and South Dakota, where the Noems live.
