A French man passed a creepy love note to a female passenger after he allegedly assaulted her while she was sleeping on a flight to Miami.
Guillaume Sebastien Roger Mattler is accused of sexually assaulting a 29-year-old woman on a Swiss International Air Lines flight on Tuesday, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Daily Mail.
Mattler, 48, was a passenger on SWISS Air LX64 from Zurich to Miami, seated next to a woman he did not know in the first-class cabin.
At least three witnesses, including a flight attendant, saw Mattler inappropriately touch his sleeping seatmate, per the complaint.
One witness saw the pair 'exchange pleasantries,' but nothing more, before the woman 'turned her back, curled up in the seat, and went to sleep,' according to the complaint.
The same witness said Mattler touched the victim’s lower back, appearing to make it seem like he accidentally grazed her.
When the woman did not wake, Mattler allegedly continued touching her and 'kept his hand there for longer.'
Startled, the witness alerted his friend, recorded the touching, and then notified a flight attendant, the complaint stated.

The second witness 'observed Mattler moving his hand in a "submarine" motion, as if trying to get his hand under the Victim's clothing and/or between her legs,' the complaint stated.
After being flagged about what was unfolding, the flight attendant checked their ticket information to see whether they knew each other.
The attendant believed they did not know each other - as the tickets were purchased at different times - and then made their way to the victim’s seat.
They saw Mattler 'with his hand on the victim’s crotch, over her jeans, making a scooping or rubbing motion,' according to the complaint.
The flight attendant questioned the 48-year-old about his seatmate to see if he knew any of her information, but he could not provide any of it.
The crew then moved Mattler to economy class to separate the two, and he complied, before waking the victim to inform her of what happened.
The shocked 29-year-old began to cry, confirming that she did not know Mattler.

'You look beautiful when you are sleeping,' Mattler's note read.
The 48-year-old was interviewed by authorities after the flight landed, and initially denied any sort of physical contact with his seatmate.
When authorities brought up the witnesses accounts, including video evidence of the alleged assault, he admitted 'that he touched the woman sitting next to him' but 'did not think it was such a big deal,' per the complaint.
Mattler described touching the 29-year-old's lower back and upper buttocks to authorities, stating he touched an area near her upper thigh.
When questioned about touching her crotch, Mattler said 'he touched whatever he could reach from across the arm-rest,' adding that 'his initial intention was to get the woman's phone number and give her his,' the complaint stated.
He then said he tried to give her the creepy note written on his business card.
Mattler faces one count of abusive sexual conduct and is currently in federal custody at the Federal Detention Center in Miami, according to prison records.
