Georgia Toffolo has revealed her 'obscene' outfit choice for Ascot as she slipped into a 90-year-old gold dress to take the tube to day four of the festival.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 31, took to her Instagram on Friday to show off her outfit for the prestigious event.

She said in the clip: 'Obscene outfit reveal.

'What do you think? It's an incredibly special dress. I had to bring it outside and show you on the balcony.

'It is beyond.. So it's actually made of something called cloth of gold, which I didn't know how special it was until I did some research and it became more prevalent in the 1920s, 1930s, and it's sort of known to be one of the most magnificent materials ever made so I can't believe it's even touching me.

'Thank you Royal Ascot for making my members name badge match with my dress today.

'And you know what I'm like, I always want an obscene, "Oh my god did she actually choose that thing," moment, and that is the hat.

'The more I shake, the more it jingles and jangles but I think it's really special.

'I literally dyed my hair darker to complement all outfits this week and I think it's paid off. Vinted baby.

'I'm running really late so I think I'm going to get the tube and then the train. Probably not my best idea I've ever had but needs must.

'These really gorgeous shoes, they're only Next, but they're so comfortable. Tell me you love my outfit. Tell me you hate it. I don't mind the haters.

'I think it's absolutely stunning. I just loved it.'

Alongside the post, the reality star penned: 'ROYAL ASCOT DAY 4 REVEAL wearing this gold floral lamé gown from the 1930’s! ✨

'Volume on for the story behind this liquid gold masterpiece… Today, surviving 1920s lamé gowns are incredibly collectible, which makes wearing this piece feel even more special!!!

'P.s. If you see me still wearing this in 50 years’ time, mind your business.'

Since the event kicked off on Tuesday, Georgia has been showing off her outfits to her fans.

On Thursday she donned a stunning yellow number after wowing in an off-the-shoulder gold dress.

For the first day of Ascot, she donned a green embellished maxi dress.

It comes after Georgia admitted to having a wobble over her hair, after dying her blonde locks to a warm chocolate brown.

Announcing the change, the television personality wrote on Instagram: 'I went darker again it felt like the right moment for a softer, richer me, and somehow this gown was the final push…

'I had a little wobble yesterday when I looked in the mirror and didn’t quite recognise myself, but looking at the photographs from today, I think I made the right decision. What do you guys think?'

Georgia later showed off her day two look on Instagram and said: 'I was going to use a wildly inappropriate swear word to describe the pure elation that I feel at this Royal Ascot outfit.

'It's the most exquisite, beautiful creation. I actually think I've been waking up in the night dreaming about this dress.'

Georgia described her hat as 'mad funky' and then showed off her Royal Enclosure pin.

Royal Ascot, the jewel in the crown of the UK racing calendar, started on Tuesday with the Queen Anne Stakes and The King Charles III Stakes and will run until Saturday.

The prestigious festival is just as famous for its fashion as it is for its races - and this year, statement hats were the focal point of revellers' eye-popping looks as day one of the annual race meeting got underway.

Dressed to impress, guests wore a variety of show-stopping headpieces as they descended on Ascot for a day of equestrian fun.

The festival was founded by Queen Anne in 1711 after she declared Ascot ideal for 'horses fit for kings' and has today become a major social event as well as a sporting attraction.

Stylish racegoers at the event turned the racecourse into a sea of vibrant outfits as they donned bright prints to ensure they stood out from the crowd.

Royal Ascot is known for its strict dress code. Whilst no dress code rules apply in the Windsor Enclosure, although the majority of guests choose to dress up regardless, a strict dress code operates across the Royal and Queen Anne Enclosures.

Hats are a must in both Royal enclosures. Alternatively, a headpiece or 'hatinator' with a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm) is also acceptable.

Dresses must be knee length or longer and forget spaghetti straps - all shoulders must be a minimum width of 1 inch (2.5cm).

Strapless, off-the-shoulder and one-shoulder items are also banned in the Royal and Queen Anne Enclosures.

Shorts of any kind are not permitted. But having been included in the dress code since 1971, trouser suits remain a popular choice - although they mustn't be mismatched.

The Royal Enclosure

  • Ladies: Dresses and Skirts: Must be of a modest length, falling just above the knee or longer.
  • Straps: Must have shoulder straps with a minimum width of 1 inch (2.5 cm). Strapless, off-the-shoulder, halter-neck, spaghetti straps, and Bardot necklines are explicitly forbidden.
  • Midriffs and Sheer Fabrics: Midriffs must be fully covered, and sheer materials or sheer straps are prohibited.
  • Trouser Suits and Jumpsuits: Welcome but must be full-length, made of matching material and colour, and adhere to the same strap/neckline guidelines.
  • Headwear: Mandatory. Fascinators are completely banned here. You must wear a hat or a headpiece with a solid base measuring at least 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter.

 Queen Anne Enclosure

  • Ladies: Must wear formal occasion-wear.
  • No strapless, off-the-shoulder, or Bardot necklines are allowed, and midriffs must be covered.
  • Hats, headpieces, or fascinators are mandatory at all times.
  • Jumpsuits and trouser suits must fall below the knee.

 Village Enclosure

  • Similar strap and neckline rules apply (no strapless or Bardot styles), and jumpsuits must fall below the knee.
  • A hat, headpiece, or fascinator is required.
  • Wedges or block heels are highly recommended over stilettos due to the grass terrain

Windsor Enclosure

  • Ladies: Smart dresses, jumpsuits, and casual suits are encouraged, ideally paired with a hat or fascinator.
