Airport Karen launches sweary tirade at worker who she sa...
2026-04-29 · via News | Mail Online

An angry mother went in on an Atlanta airport employee after he allegedly failed to rent her usable car seats for her young children.

In a viral video posted by Everything Georgia, the unidentified Karen went on a profanity-laden tirade against the unsuspecting car rental worker.

'I rented car seats from you for my babies and they do not function,' she yelled. 'And you reek of marijuana.'

The enraged mother berated the man for allegedly telling her to 'chill-out' amidst her angry defense of her children.

'I don't think I'm the one who needs to chill out more,' she added. 'I think you're fully f***ing chill.'

She accused the man of 'risking [her] children's life' and nonchalantly calling her a 'Karen.'

'You can call me f***ing whatever. But do not tell me to f***ing calm down,' the woman continued. 'Because I relied on your company for my children's wellbeing and you f***ing bailed.'

The outraged mother then began to storm off, seemingly toward her rental car. She sported a bright blue dress, white sneakers and blonde hair.

A mother to young children went on a profanity-fueled tirade against an Atlanta Airport employee

The woman launched her tirade against the worker at the Atlanta Airport this weekend

As she walked away, the exceedingly calm employee shouted 'God bless you' at her angrily retreating back.

'God bless you and your soul,' she hollered back in a consistently perturbed tone.

The video, posted to X, received more than 400 likes, almost 80 comments and nearly 100 reposts.

Viewers, however, were divided. Some understood the mother's passionate defense of her kids.

'Imagine traveling with small children, navigating through the Atlanta airport with them, being tired and worn out, and then getting inferior car seats when all you want to do is get out of there and get to your destination safely,' one commenter said.

'She didn’t go hard enough, I don’t play about my daughter nor her safety, so her crash out is VALID and y'all need to stop smoking weed on the job, y'all customer service already suck,' another added.

'Nah, she's genuinely upset because she's trying to protect her babies. I have a feeling he deserves all of it,' a third said.

Others chalked up her behavior to a classic 'Karen' move.

'The type of things people in customer service have to deal with on the daily should be studied,' a commenter noted.

'This is the kind of thing that happens when someone is allowed to act like a child their entire life,' a second person said.

'She’s not doing much to dispel the whole Karen stereotype, is she? Because this angry bird is squawking,' a third said.

The worker allegedly called the woman a 'Karen' and instructed her to 'calm down'

The employee appeared to work for the car rental company Avis. The customer accused him of renting her a faulty car seat

A spokesperson for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport confirmed to the Daily Mail that the employee worked for the car rental company AVIS.

According to their website, AVIS provides car seat rentals for a daily rental rate starting at $14 per day for infants, toddlers and children.

Avis claimed their child safety seats 'will meet all recommended safety standards.'

'Safety is our number one priority at Avis,' it said.

The Daily Mail contacted AVIS for more information.
