A convicted rapist who faked his own death and fled to the United Kingdom to escape justice has died.
Nicholas Rossi, 38, died in a local hospital on Thursday night in Utah, due to 'complications of an existing medical condition', officials in the state said.
The Utah Department of Corrections said that Rossi died after he 'chose to remove himself from the case that was being provided'.
