Queen Camilla has a surprising new friend. I hear that she's become increasingly close to Geri Halliwell Horner, the former Spice Girl. They've got to know each other through Queen Camilla's charities.
Camilla has six official Queen's companions, she made clear she didn't want to use the title of 'ladies-in-waiting'. Most of her companions are a similar age to her. Geri is a bit younger, very lively and is a great person to have with her on engagements.
You could say that Camilla is her Posh Spice.
