Boris Becker is locked in a court battle with his ex-wife, who claims he owes her hundreds of thousands of pounds in unpaid child support.

The former Wimbledon champion, 58, and his ex-wife Lilly, 49, had their son Amadeus Benedict Edley Luis Becker in 2010.

They split eight years later, and a court order was issued in London demanding that Boris pay £8,000 a month in child support.

Since then, the German tennis star has covered the cost of his son’s schooling in London.

However, Lilly’s lawyers claim that he failed to make core maintenance payments, racking up a six-figure debt.

Now, the Dutch model is going after cash earned through his TV appearances, pundit work and advertising deals, having been given the green light by a court in Munich.

The former Wimbledon champion resumed his maintenace payments to Lilly in 2025, but they are locked in a dispute over how much he still owes

Her lawyers have also launched enforcement action in Italy, where he now lives.

The payments, she says, stopped in 2022, after Boris served eight months in prison over bankruptcy offences.

He had hidden £2.5million in assets to avoid paying debts and was sentenced to two and a half years, but was released early under a fast-track deportation scheme.

Boris later claimed that he longer had any debts, which Lilly branded ‘a slap in the face’. She added: ‘It hurts me when a father doesn’t take care of his son.’

He resumed his payments to her in 2025, including a five-figure sum in July that year. However, they are locked in a dispute over how much is still owed.

Boris tried to block enforcement of the London order at Munich’s Higher Regional Court, but judges rejected his appeal in April.

His lawyer Christian-Oliver Moser said: ‘The decision in England was only intended to secure claims temporarily for a maximum of twelve months. The alleged payment claims do not exist.’

Boris and Lilly were married in a lavish ceremony in St Moritz in 2009. They split nine years later and divorced in 2023.

He has described his relationship with Lilly as ‘difficult’. Meanwhile, she stunned German TV viewers earlier this year when asked to choose between Donald Trump and her ex-husband, calmly picking the US President.

In 2024, Boris married his third wife Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro, 36, who has since given birth to their daughter. The tennis player, who became Wimbledon’s youngest champion at the age of 17 in 1985, has had five children by four women.
