Wild mansion parties in Los Angeles have overtaken a quaint suburban town, as neighbors have observed clouds of billowing weed smoke and waves of drunk partygoers being ushered in via buses.

A stunning $3 million mansion in the affluent Encino neighborhood has found itself to be at the center of a new controversy, as some of its residents are hosting wild, over-the-top bashes that have left neighbors fed up.

Online videos depict droves of boozed-up people partying in the mountainous mansion.

One promotional video for an event in January promised to bring back the 2010-style house parties, while another in March asked, 'Sad you missed the 2010s era?? Don't worry, we got you.' 

Tickets for a party on Saturday are on sale for $28.52. The 'early bird special,' which was advertised only for 'females,' has already sold out. 

Another promotional flyer for this weekend's bash advertised that women should bring a bathing suit to be featured in a music video. 

'WE'RE BACCCCCK !! Hottest event to kick off the weekend after memorial day, bring all the vibes,' a post promoting the event said. 

'We're bringing the ultimate DAY + NIGHT experience to the hills. Pool Party Vibes. Late Night Mansion Energy. Shuttle Pickups & Drop-offs Available. Nonstop Music. Good Energy. Elite Crowd.' 

Another promotional post promised hibachi plates, bottle service and 'all the vibes.' 

Excited partygoers flooded the comments asking for more information, but the residents of Encino are left bracing for another weekend of disruption. 

'I don't know their ages. All I know is I get this big marijuana smoke cloud coming into my backyard and I have kids. I don't want them exposed to that,' local Oren Harel told KTLA. 

'If they can't respect the neighborhood, the neighbors and the kids, then there have to be consequences, not just to the tenants, but to the owner.'

Rebecca Shakib added that she watched four buses unload young women and men for one of the mansion parties. 

Heather Michaels called some of the activity at the parties 'alarming,' telling KTLA, 'The streets are filled with vehicles, people walking in the street, drinking and doing who knows what else, is going on in the middle of the street, so neighbors feel very unsafe and threatened by this.'

It's unclear who hosts the parties at the Grimes Place mansion. The organizer declined to answer any questions when approached by the Daily Mail. 

Property records indicate the mansion was purchased earlier this year for $2.85 million. Zillow has estimated the home's value at $3.9 million. 

The Mediterranean-style mansion boasts a gigantic sundeck and multiple balconies. The property also has an in-ground pool overlooking the Hollywood Hills, space for guest parking, maids' quarters and a gym. 

Neighbors told KTLA that they have called the police multiple times, and a party last weekend was shut down by authorities.
