A stuntwoman who worked on The Crown, Doctor Who and The Batman has died suddenly.

Tributes have poured in for Jasmine Jackson Lloyd who died on April 10 following a long battle with addiction and mental illness.

Her death was confirmed in an emotional post on her Instagram account which has been filled with heartfelt comments.

The caption read: 'So sorry to have to let everyone know, tragically Jasmine passed away on the 10th of April.

'It is such a shock and difficult time for her family and everyone who was involved in her life.

'Jasmine suffered from mental health issues and battled addiction for years until it finally got the better of her.

'She always tried her best no matter the circumstances and brought joy wherever she went. Jasmine will forever be missed but never forgotten.'

Ms Jackson Lloyd specialised in stunt riding horses and worked on The Batman in 2022 and Dungeons and Dragons: Honour Among Thieves in 2023, in which she doubled for Michelle Rodriguez in riding scenes.

They wrote: 'We never managed to wakeboard behind a horse on the Newborough shoreline together, with you riding Jasmine.

'But I’ll always remember you and your attitude towards making these things adventures up. Rest assured you’ve inspired so many. I’m so sorry you had to leave this early

Another childhood friend wrote: 'I’m so so sorry to hear this. I knew her growing up, and thought she was just the coolest girl I’d ever met!

'I have fond memories of antics at [the] youth club and visiting her house. Rest in peace Jasmine, I hope your suffering has ended and you have found quiet in the storm.'
