The heir to a multi-million dollar raisin company was captured on video hurling antisemitic insults at his rabbi neighbor while standing half-naked on the balcony of his $5.3 million California mansion.
Bruce Lion, a 64-year-old Lion Raisin scion, already had a checkered history with law enforcement before he was arrested on Friday for allegedly harassing his Jewish neighbor, Rabbi Zushe Cunin.
The neighbors live in the ritzy Pacific Palisades, where Rabbi Cunin runs the local Chabad, an Orthodox Jewish outreach and religious education organization. Lion purchased the mansion next door in March.
In the video of Lion's antisemitic tirade, which was obtained by the California Post, the scion can be seen standing half-naked while threatening to 'pull' his neighbor's nose and saying: 'I ain’t going nowhere Jew boy, lose some f***ing weight.
'Go f***ing work. Do something for a change. Your fake f***ing gospel don’t mean s***t. You’re f***ing done. You kill Jesus, you’re going to f***ing hell. Do you understand?'
Lion also interrupted worship services at Cunin's Chabad, yelled racist slurs against black people as well as Jews and accused Jewish people of being responsible for the Palisades burning in 2025, the rabbi told the Post.
Cunin said that during one of the interrupted services, children were present as Lion spewed antisemitic comments, which was 'horrific,' the rabbi said.
'I’ve never experienced it, especially in front of kids. Little children. In this country, to have to see this kind of hatred and antisemitism is just unacceptable,' Cunin told the Post.

Lion's alleged target was Rabbi Zushe Cunin, who runs the Chabad of Pacific Palisades nextdoor to the Lion Raisins scion's $5.3 million mansion
The rabbi added that he and neighbors had complained to police about Lion several times. Officers were called to the scion's house late on Friday and arrested him.
He was booked into the Twin Towers Correctional Facility early Saturday morning on unspecified felony charges and held on a $50,000 bail, according to Los Angeles Sheriff's Department arrest records. It is unclear whether he has been released.
Lion's criminal history goes back at least seven years.
In 2019, he was convicted of violating a domestic violence restraining order and served jail time after making criminal threats and owning a firearm, despite a court order prohibiting him from doing so.
He was also arrested twice in 2023. Once for allegedly throwing rocks at cars, blocking a highway and assaulting construction workers, and another time for allegedly violating a domestic violence protective order at the home of his ex-wife.
According to his LinkedIn, Lion has made his fortune by working as an administrator for Lion Raisins. The family-owned company has an estimated valuation of about $120 million and estimated annual revenue of up to $75 million.
When the California Post interviewed Lion at his home, he did not deny yelling antisemitic statements at his neighbor and doubled down instead.
'I want them to know they’re going to hell, and it makes me happy,' he told the outlet.
Lion also blasted 'War Pigs' by Black Sabbath, telling the Post reporter that he wanted his neighbors to know they are 'gross pigs.'
The scion then bizarrely claimed that his rabbi neighbor was 'hiding bodies' on his property.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Lion and the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.
