An Illinois man was arrested onboard a Royal Caribbean cruise after allegedly attempting to take a picture under the dress of a teenage girl.
Matthew Stilwell, 25, was detained on June 7 as the cruise ship returned to Fort Lauderdale in Florida.
Stilwell was accused of trying to upskirt a 13-year-old girl in the cruise ship's gift shop, according to an arrest report obtained by Local 10.
Stilwell was allegedly 'standing unusually close behind her with the camera application open on his cellphone,' per the filing.
The teen claimed this happened three times before she reported it to her mother on May 31, the first day of full sail.
The cruise ship, the Allure of the Seas, departed from Port Everglades on May 30.
Surveillance footage obtained by law enforcement allegedly showed Stillwell lurking behind the teen as she described.
Stilwell allegedly confessed to deputies, but the confession was redacted from his arrest report, according to the outlet.
