A mother of three was killed along with two of her children after a tractor-trailer crashed into her Chevrolet SUV.
Hannah Howard, 30, of Beaver, was in the car with her kids Gunner, nine, Peyton, five and Klaus, four, when their vehicle was struck at around 2pm on Monday.
The mom failed to yield before crossing State Route 32, causing the semitruck driver Chance Rodgers, 27, to crash into her Chevrolet Traverse, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Howard, Gunner and Peyton were pronounced dead at the scene.
Klaus was flown to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus with serious life-threatening injuries. His current condition is unknown.
Rodgers was not injured in the crash, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said, adding the collision remains under investigation.
Howard was a nurse who often posted photos and videos of her three children on her social media pages.
She recently celebrated her son Gunner's baseball achievements, as the nine-year-old played on several recreation teams and recently won an MVP award.

'I really can't say enough how proud I am of this boy!' she wrote on June 3. 'He's tough, he's determined, and I am just so proud of him!'
Howard is survived by her youngest child and husband Cody.
In April, the family of five celebrated Klaus' fifth birthday.
'Where has time gone? I love you,' she wrote on Facebook.
For career day at school in March, her daughter Peyton had even dressed up in a nurse's uniform to be just like her mother.
'If you see me today without my badge just know its in good use. I finally have a kid that wants to follow my career path,' she wrote.
The family lived in Beaver, roughly 75 miles south of Columbus.
The crash took place at the intersection of Coal Dock Road and State Route 32. The semitruck driver, Chance Rodgers, 27, was not injured in the crash

Howard's friends took to social media to pay tribute to the late mom, with one writing: 'I have absolutely no words. I'll forever miss you.'
'My heart is absolutely broken for you, Gunner, Peyton, and for everyone who loved you,' another friend, Shania Ell, wrote. 'There are no words big enough for a loss like this.'
Her coworker, Taylor Conley, wrote: 'Hannah was a kind soul, always made me laugh and such a great person to work with!'
