Arsenal's Hero Experience hospitality package offers a metting with a first-team player

Premier League champions Arsenal have launched a new ultra-premium hospitality offering, the Hero Experience, that costs almost £7,000 a head for top games.

The VIP package, believed to be the most expensive single ticket in the Premier League, includes seats behind the Arsenal dugout, a private pitch-side tour with a club legend, a shirt or ball signed by the first team squad and a meeting with a player.

Launching for the 2026-27 season, it starts at £2,995 per person for low-profile matches and rises to £6,999 for fixtures against other top teams.

Buyers also get luxury dining with champagne, access to the tunnel to watch the pre-match warm-up, a photo with a player and a personalised programme.

It comes after Arsenal ended their 22-year wait for a Premier League title and reached the final of the Champions League last season, sparking mass celebrations in north London.

The club have significantly boosted their commercial performance in recent seasons and are expected to report record overall revenues for 2025-26.

Arsenal Hero Experience follows premiumisation trend

Arsenal describe the hospitality package as “the one and only special opportunity for you and your guests to meet a current men’s first team player”.

“As a memorable keepsake, an Arsenal men’s first team player will present you with a squad-signed shirt or football – your choice,” the club adds.

“You’ll also enjoy a private pitch-side tour with an Arsenal legend, plus you can feature your very own message in our matchday programme.

“Afterwards, indulge in luxury dining in The Touchline, before heading down the tunnel to watch the players warm up, before walking across the pitch to take your seats directly behind the Arsenal bench!”

It follows the growing premiumisation of live sports tickets and comes while the highest revenue-generating – and most expensive – Fifa World Cup unfolds in North America.

Arsenal will begin their Premier League title defence on Friday 21 August against promoted Coventry City but there are no Hero Experience packages on sale for that game.

The first home fixture with availability is two weeks later, when London rivals Chelsea visit. Hero Experience packages for the fixture are priced at £6,999 per person.

Arsenal are currently exploring the possibility of expanding Emirates Stadium, 20 years after moving to the venue, in a bid to increase matchday revenue.
