Xerox Named a Leader in Quocirca's Print Security Landsca...

Norwalk, Conn. —

Xerox today announced it has been positioned as a Leader in Quocirca's Print Security Landscape 2026, an independent assessment of the capabilities of leading print manufacturers in helping organizations address evolving cybersecurity risks across print and document environments. The recognition highlights Xerox strengths in integrated security, security services, content protection, AI-driven capabilities, and post-quantum cryptography readiness.

As print security becomes an increasingly important component of enterprise cybersecurity strategies, organizations are looking to protect information across printers, users, content and workflows while addressing growing requirements around compliance, identity management, and cyber resilience. Quocirca recognizes Xerox for its comprehensive approach helping organizations secure information throughout its lifecycle rather than focusing solely on endpoint protection.

"Organizations can no longer view printers as isolated devices within the workplace," said Louella Fernandes, CEO of Quocirca. "Print environments have become an important part of the wider cybersecurity ecosystem. Xerox demonstrates strengths across device, fleet, user, and content security, supported by assessment-led services, security analytics, and a forward-looking approach to emerging threats such as post-quantum cryptography."

Xerox helps organizations strengthen security maturity through security assessments, continuous monitoring, policy management, certificate management, and automated enforcement of security configurations, firmware updates, passwords, and certificates. Combined with secure document workflows, IT services and managed security capabilities, these solutions help organizations reduce risk, maintain compliance, and improve operational resilience by aligning print security with broader identity, governance, and cybersecurity strategies.

The report also highlights the growing importance of emerging technologies and future-ready security strategies. Xerox continues to invest in AI-driven analytics, intelligent document security, and post-quantum cryptography capabilities. The integration of Xerox and Lexmark technologies further strengthens these capabilities, accelerating innovation and expanding the ability to help organizations prepare for evolving cyber threats.

“Cybersecurity now extends across every connected endpoint, workflow, and document environment,” said Munu Gandhi, president of Xerox IT Solutions and chief technology officer at Xerox. “Quocirca’s recognition reflects the strength of our integrated approach to security that combines device, content, workflow, and IT services capabilities to help clients reduce risk, simplify security management, and build greater operational resilience. As threats continue to evolve, we are advancing AI-driven security and preparing for post-quantum cryptography so organizations can protect information today while positioning themselves for the future.”

Xerox is also helping make enterprise-grade print, IT and digital services security more accessible to SMB and midmarket organizations through solutions that simplify deployment, reduce management complexity, and enable channel partners to deliver higher-value security services to a broader client base.
