Construction Management and CIOB Jobs have launched the 2026 Construction Salary Survey and invite professionals from across the industry to take part.

The annual survey aims to build a detailed picture of salaries, benefits, career progression and job satisfaction across the sector. It also explores the factors that matter most to employees when choosing an employer and examines the role that professional membership plays in supporting career development.

The findings will provide valuable insight into the experiences of construction professionals working in different roles, sectors and levels of seniority, helping to identify key trends shaping the industry’s employment landscape.

The survey takes approximately six minutes to complete, and all responses will contribute to one of the construction sector’s most comprehensive assessments of pay, benefits and career opportunities.

Take part in the survey here

Construction professionals at all stages of their careers are encouraged to take part and share their experiences.
