As required by David, my boss, I should write more technical blogs in English. In this way, I can practice my English well, also I can save the experience of my progress. I think, that is just like when we do TDD, we can get our product with a useful test suite. I can make progress quickly, also I can get many valuable blogs.

we all know, as a programmer, we should learn new things quickly. But also we always forget some detail things. If I have a blog to store my experience, I should never worry about my forgetfulness. I can go back to learn everything quickly, don’t need to search on the web, to re-read some books, and so on.

In company, the communication is very important. All of us are making progress, so how to share the new knowledge among us. we can teach others manually. But another one want to learn, we should teach again. That is a waste of time. So when we show something new to others, we can have a PPT, some demo source code. Even better, we can write these into a blog with much more details. That is a good method to share knowledge with others.

The third advantage. Every man has his faults. Every man can make mistakes. So we can not make sure we are always right. We describe our ideas well in our blogs, then others can give us feedback more easily. We can make progress more quickly.

To have a good beginning is very easy. The hardest thing is to stick with it. I hope I can.
