A stunning triplex penthouse with unparalleled views of New York’s iconic skyline has hit the market for $13.75 million.

660 Lexington Avenue is a four-bedroom, four-and-one-half bathroom residence with 3,750 square feet of interiors. Perfectly situated in the heart of Manhattan, the residence offers dazzling views to the South, East, and West.

Designed by S20M, the building’s sculpted limestone façade reinterprets classic New York design through gentle curves, refined detailing and a timeless material palette. Inside, interiors designed by New York City-based designer Paris Forino showcase natural textures, elegant finishes, and thoughtful craftsmanship, aiming to give residents a polished and comfortable everyday.

Set across three floors, the triplex apartment boasts and incredible amount of space — a rarity for New York City. Upon entering, a private elevator gallery opens into a dramatic double-height great room. The bright and airy chef’s kitchen is outfitted with a premium, fully integrated suite of Miele appliances, alongside an integrated ventilation hood by Bosch. Designed with custom white oak cabinets and accented with satin brass hardware and under-cabinet lighting, it’s an inviting space that will make cooking up a storm a glamorous occasion.

“The penthouse at 660 Lexington is really about light, space, and flow. One of its most special qualities is its connection to the outdoors, you feel the energy of the city, particularly in the double-height great room, where high ceilings and oversized windows fill the space with light, yet it still feels calm and private,” explained Paris Forino, Founder and Principal Designer at Paris Forino. “Throughout the residence, we carried forward the building’s design language with a soft, calming palette and layered details, complemented by a selection of elevated materials, from hand-laid chevron White Oak flooring to honed Brazilian Grey soapstone in the kitchen and Calacatta Vision marble in the primary bath,”

The home’s primary suite is a fashionista’s paradise, with spacious walk-in and linear closets. Clad in glazed porcelain tile and honed Calacatta Vision marble, the primary bathroom includes a dual white oak vanity topped with marble and flanked by custom sconces for a serene spa-like vibe everyday.

On the second floor, two secondary bedrooms feature an en-suite windowed bathroom with a white oak vanity, marble countertops, marble flooring and porcelain tile walls. Additionally, a thoughtfully-designed den, opening out to the great room below, offers a versatile additional living space, ideal for a library or home office.

Elevated entertaining is the name of the game on the third floor, with a full bathroom and a spacious lounge area that opens onto an expansive, 530-square-foot private outdoor terrace complete with an outdoor kitchen space.

"660 Lexington is our romantic interpretation of living in Midtown in the glamorous and iconic heart of the city,” commented Sergey Rybak, Founder and Principal of Rybak Development. “With Penthouse A, Paris Forino has perfected that vision, blending classic New York charm with a softer, modern touch. This is a truly special residence defined by a warm palette of honest, natural materials, soaring double-height ceilings, and nearly 1,000 square feet of private, multi-level terraces.”

A striking indoor-outdoor fireplace serves as a centerpiece and creates a seamless connection between the great room and adjacent 468-square-foot private terrace, which extends the entertaining space outdoors, perfect for al fresco lounging and dining.

“Today’s luxury buyer is looking for more than just something beautiful, they want a home that feels personal and balanced, something that truly feels like their own,” Forino continued. “This penthouse reflects that shift, offering a space that feels intimate, refined, and comfortable to live in.”
