By now, the list of artists who appear as special surprise guests at Coachella is almost as long and impressive as the actual lineup of booked performers.
Some of the biggest surprises in past Coachellas included Madonna stepping on stage to perform — and make out with — Drake during his 2015 set, Justin Bieber teaming with Chance the Rapper in 2014, Solange bringing her big sister Beyoncé to shimmy alongside her in 2014, Calvin Harris featuring Rihanna for two songs in 2012, Arcade Fire singing “Heart of Glass” with Debbie Harry in 2014 or Lizzo joining Harry Styles for a joyful performance in 2022.
Alongside Coachella headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G, artists like BIA and Anyma have already teased surprise appearances during their sets, the latter reportedly set to feature Muse, Joji and Lisa of BLACKPINK.
If Coachella 2026 was already a musical weekend to remember, the special guests will make it even more so.

As Karol G was making history as the first Latina headliner at Coachella, she shared the moment with her fellow Latina Becky G to perform their massive hit “MAMIII.” Becky G was also on hand to support Karol during Weekend 2 for another performance of “MAMIII.”

But Becky wasn’t the only Latina that had a guest spot in Karol’s headlining set with Miami-born Mariah Angelilq also joining the headliner. The two had previously shared the stage at the 2021 Latin American Music Awards.
