Post Malone's decade-old song "Go Flex" becomes his second career hit on the U.K.'s Official Physical Singles chart as it launches within the top 10. Throughout his decade-long career, Post Malone has charted hits that can be classified under many different genre labels. He broke out as a rapper and hip-hop musician, then pivoted to pop and later rock and alternative music. In 2024, Malone dropped his first country album, F-1 Trillion, which proved to be a huge commercial win.

The multigenre hitmaker has revealed that his upcoming seventh project, The Eternal Buzz, will be a double album, and he's hoping to deliver the set – which may be released all at once or perhaps in two iterations – at some point in 2026. Before fans get to hear his new country music, one of Malone's oldest hip-hop tracks suddenly becomes a bestseller in the United Kingdom, and the superstar doubles his wins on one ranking.

Post Malone Debuts "Go Flex" a Decade After Its Release

Malone's "Go Flex" was recently released on seven-inch vinyl, and the track debuts on multiple tallies in the U.K. Between the pair of rosters where the third promotional cut from his 2016 debut album Stoney appears for the first time, it opens highest on the Official Physical Singles chart. That rundown details the top-selling tunes of any style available to purchase on CD, cassette or vinyl, and this week, "Go Flex" launches at No. 9.

Post Malone Doubles His Total Career Wins

As "Go Flex" debuts on the Official Physical Singles chart, Malone doubles his total number of career hits. He has only ever landed on the tally once before, and "Go Flex" marks his first solo trip to the roster.

In May 2024, he reached No. 1 alongside Taylor Swift as the duet partners dominated for two frames with "Fortnight." Malone keeps his perfect streak going as his only placements on the chart have both landed inside the top 10.

Taylor Swift Launches Ahead of Post Malone

Malone claims one of five debuts inside the top 10 on the Official Physical Singles chart, and his is the lowest of the bunch. In a bit of coincidence, Swift joins him as her recently-released song, "I Knew It, I Knew You," taken from Toy Story 5, immediately opens at No. 1. In between the former "Fortnight" collaborators come Louis Tomlinson's "Sunflowers," "Sunny Afternoon" by the Kinks and "Attraction" from Ferry Corsten and Marsh, which enter the rundown at Nos. 3, 4 and 5, respectively.

"Go Flex" Reaches Two Tallies in the U.K.

"Go Flex" also manages to debut on the Official Singles Sales chart, as apparently it sold well enough on vinyl to reach the general look at the top-selling tunes in the U.K. "Go Flex" opens at No. 63, so it seems that the song did not overperform when it comes to any other format, such as digital downloads.

Malone has proved far more successful on the Official Singles Sales chart than he has on the Official Physical Singles ranking. "Go Flex" is the Grammy nominee's thirty-third career hit and his first of the year. It's been a little more than 13 months since he collected another win, as back in May 2025, "I Ain't Coming Back," one of multiple collaborations with country powerhouse Morgan Wallen, spent one frame at No. 38.
