David Clayton-Thomas, whose sang on the Blood, Sweat & Tears hits, “Spinning Wheel” and “You’ve Made Me So Very Happy" in the late 1960s, has died.

Clayton-Thomas died on Wednesday night at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, his publicist Eric Alper told the CBC. He was 84. No cause of death was given.
