The war against Iran and the subsequent rise in gas prices to four-year highs has dragged Trump’s approval rating down in recent months. Trump’s rising disapproval rating comes months ahead of midterms this fall in which Democrats are expected to top Republicans. Likely midterm voters surveyed in the Forbes/HarrisX poll produced a 55% disapproval rating for Trump and a 44% approval rating.
