Claude Enterprise Meets the Security Graph: Wiz Integrate...
Snegha Ramnarayanan, Bandhna Bedi, Guy Weiss · 2026-05-22 · via Wiz Blog | RSS feed

AI tools like Google Gemini and Anthropic’s Claude are becoming part of how every team works. Developers are building with them. Sales teams are drafting with them. Product teams are brainstorming with them. As that adoption scales, new users are added, admin configurations change, and new API keys get created, all outside the workflows organizations already have in place. For security and compliance teams, that creates a familiar challenge: how do you maintain the same visibility into Anthropic’s Claude usage that you have for every other enterprise application in your stack?

Today, we're announcing that Wiz has built an integration with the Claude Compliance API, bringing Claude Enterprise activity directly into the Wiz platform.

Discovering and mapping Claude across your environment

Organizations that have standardized on Wiz already have visibility across their cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and repositories - with every resource mapped onto the Security Graph. This integration extends that same approach to Claude.

Using activity logs from the Claude Compliance API, Wiz discovers Claude Enterprise organizations and the users associated with them, mapping each user directly to role bindings and permissions with full metadata visibility. Security teams can see who has access to what and how those identities connect to the rest of the environment already mapped in Wiz.

Beyond users, Wiz also discovers Claude Enterprise projects and surfaces metadata including attachments, chat counts, privacy settings, and ownership. This helps organizations understand how projects are being used across the enterprise and who's responsible for them. Where projects contain AI datasets, Wiz maps those onto the Security Graph, showing where the data lives and how it connects to the broader AI environment.

With the integration, organizations gain visibility into:

  • Claude Enterprise organizations, users, and organizational roles

  • Permissions and role bindings associated with Claude usage

  • Claude projects, ownership, privacy settings, attachments, and activity metadata

  • AI datasets connected to Claude projects and workflows

  • Relationships between users, projects, datasets, and the broader cloud environment already mapped in Wiz

As enterprise AI adoption grows, organizations need visibility not just into individual AI resources, but also into how users, projects, datasets, and permissions connect across their environment. By mapping Claude resources into the Wiz Security Graph, Wiz helps teams understand relationships between AI resources and the broader cloud environment already tracked in Wiz, creating a centralized AI inventory for enterprise AI visibility and governance.

Visibility for Teams Across the Organization

Wiz puts Claude visibility in the hands of the teams that need it most, each with their own lens on what matters.

  • Security engineers: A Claude project gets created with AI datasets connected to sensitive internal systems. In Wiz, they can immediately see who owns it, what data is attached, and how it connects to the broader environment on the Security Graph. No need to search for an owner or switch tools.

  • Compliance leads: Preparing for an audit means demonstrating governance over AI usage. With Claude activity logs and project metadata in Wiz, they can show who has access, what permissions they hold, and how Claude resources map to the rest of the enterprise. All from the same platform where they already run compliance workflows.

  • Platform engineering: As Claude Enterprise rolls out across the organization, they can see how many projects exist, who's creating them, and whether configurations align with organizational policies - catching misconfigurations and unexpected changes early.
