Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the position include research, development, prototyping, specification and implementation of software solutions. You will:

1.     Participate in all aspects of an iterative software development process with close collaboration with business and technology teams during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.

2.     Identify, evaluate and integrate into our products new developments in computer science including new .NET technologies, 64-bit computing, and cluster computing, GPU-based graphics/visualization.

3.     Analyzing and optimizing existing applications for improved performance, scalability and workflow usability.

Requirements:

1.     Strong OOD skills with hands-on experience in software design, UML, and design patterns.

2.     5+ years of .NET/C#/C++ experience and Strong C++ or.NET/C# framework skills.

3.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4.     Proven ability as an effective team player who is willing to accept challenge and responsibility.

5.     Previous experience with 3-D visualization, performance optimization, GUI design, multi-threading, framework development would be a plus.

Senior Engineer in Test

Responsibilities:

1.       Make sure that our software is indeed robust for the release

2.        Be responsible for designing and implementing test infrastructure, planning and implementing the automation of test cases, and designing and implementing test tools.

3.       Give testing skill and process training for junior testers.

He/She will work with developers and project managers closely.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years testing experience and solid understanding of computer science background knowledge;

2. Understand and interest in software testing methodology desirable;

3. Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills;

4. Familiar with SQL Server and programming experience on .Net framework is preferred;

5. Familiar with any popular tools for testing is preferred, e.g. WinRunner, TestDirector, TestLink, etc.

6. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English are required;

7. Positive attitude and team work oriented.
