Responsibilities  
1.  Cooperate with Project Managers, both in China and Europe, and other colleagues to work on system design and software development.
2.  Design project modules and create technical documentation.
3. Work on project modules and compose document. Solving challenging technology problems. coding and module testing.  Solve challenging technology problems.
4. Guide lower level engineers in projects. 
Skills Requirement 
1. At least 3 years experience in software development. At least 2 years experience in software development in .Net technologies (.NET framework, ASP.NET, C#.NET, ADO.NET).  Be familar with Web based application development.
2. Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strong sense of responsibility.
3. Experience in commercial software system is a preference. Database knowledge such as SQL  Server is also helpful. Be familiar with OO technology. 
4. Good team work sprit, willing to communicate with colleagues. 
5. Be interested in learning new technologies.
